What we offer
Patient RNAseq
We generate high value datasets that are the foundation of drug discovery. We use a proprietary swab-based kit for RNAseq directly from patients in the comfort of their homes anywhere in the world. This results in the very first clinical molecular data for many rare disorders. Additionally, we have demonstrated that these non-invasive samples can replace the need for invasive biopsies and can be collected easily around the world.
Patient Stratification
No patients are alike, and sometimes different diseases are not all that different. We “unravel” this complexity through our therapeutic mechanism stratification pipeline, finding drug responder groups within a complex population and finding other applications of therapeutics. This is highly valuable for biopharmas seeking to expand their indication markets and to identify subpopulations of patients within large, complex disorders where many past treatments have failes.
Drug Repurposing
For foundations, time is not on the patients’ side. We rapidly identify potential repurposing opportunities that can be brought to the clinic in a matter of months. Our BioNAV software excels at finding entirely new targets and mechanisms for existing drugs and has resulted in major clinical wins in just months of effort. We have multiple clinical success stories already, and four clinical trials will start based on Unravel’s data.
Clinical Translation
We started Unravel because we ask the hard question first: will a treatment benefit the patient? Work with our experienced team to bring treatments to the clinic with efficient trial design and a best-in-class clinical data framework to maximize the impact of the results. We are also connected to global patient communities and can accelerate recruitment of patients for clinical trials, accelerating the process and identifying patients predicted to respond to the therapeutic candidate.
